My Story
Tony is no stranger to success as both a business owner and competitive player in the corporate world… Leaving a lucrative career in Finance, he started on his entrepreneurial journey by becoming a business coach, and then continued his personal development as a Life and Business Performance Coach.
From this, True Magnificence was created; where Tony continues to do what he loves doing best, coaching and helping individuals and teams achieve results beyond their wildest expectations.
Tony’s background consists of working for 17 years as an Aeronautical Engineer and personal coach in the British Royal Air Force, with a further 8 years in Banking and Finance in New Zealand of which he was involved in a Coaching role for team building and development. Within this capacity he utilized his wealth of experience as a coach as well as his ability to lead a team with passion and heart.
Tony is an experienced coach and has a successful track record in sales, marketing and team building, both in his own companies and in the corporate market.
Living and working in the Hawkes Bay for the last 25 years has given Tony an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist for business people in city, urban and rural areas, whether they be small or large organizations. Tony’s passion is for coaching Leaders, and Teams for Leaders, constantly moving with them as they evolve.
